This Barnies is situated within the grounds of Hadlow Primary School, near Tonbridge, and has been registered since January 2004. The nursery operates in a specially designed single storey building with access ramps to all areas. There is a welcoming arrival area with office, staff room and disabled toilet leading into a large open plan area with a number of rooms leading from it.
The areas are divided into different activity areas and rooms for specific learning opportunities. There is a large, secure outdoor play area and growing area available to all children and a shaded rear garden for quiet exploration.
The arrival access provides drop off and parking facilities with an environmental area shared with the school. There is also a secure pedestrian access directly from the school used for the out of school provision.
The nursery is open five days a week all year from 07:30 (there is limited limited availability from 7:30 to 8:00 am and this is subject to an additional fee) until 18:00 and is registered to care for 70 children. The setting fully supports children with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
